I am using the 4N150 transistor which has a Vds = 1500V for a voltage multiplier.
Is there any other transistor with similar ratings but with a higher Vds (about 2000V)?
 

dc volt multiplier ?

i have a circuit for 10000vdc but with pulse transformer
