high voltage smps

Hi

I want to make one SMPS with this specification:
V(in)=24v DC I(in)=10A (two sealed acid battery)
V(out)=2500v DC I(out,max)=60 mA

which topology can I use? please describe it a little.

by regards.

Added after 27 minutes:

and please suggest pwm driver and for example full bridge driver or half bridge driver or ....

smps topology

its important for me. please help me.

anybody, please help me out.

wich diodes will you use to rectify 2500 V? UF4007? The output schematic is the question. input - push/pull or brige scematic. If the output and input voltage is stable enouth, you can try the ZVS Flyback.

is there any software to calculate transformer ?

high output voltage smps

I don't use programs.
first I choose transformer type from Ptrans of cores for wound transformers table. Than calculate the numbers ot turns.

The Ferrite tool from Epcos.com can be used to do some transformer calculations.

A voltage-multiplying rectifier is probably a good way to reduce the maximum transformer voltage.

Hi
how can I choose transformer for this type of smps that I point out above.
can you help me to calculate this, please?

hi

what is the Ptrans of cores for wound transformers table? can you give me that table, or the link? I want to calculate it myself.
can you help me to take steps to calculate transformer for my design. I want to choose full bridge topology for it.

by regards.

ptrans ferrite cores

V(in)=24v DC I(in)=10A (two sealed acid battery)
V(out)=2500v DC I(out,max)=60 mA

Input voltage low therefore pushpull topology good choice for this application.

high voltage smps circuits

I must correct this. I(out,max)=30mA
I work with L6203.this is full bridge driver. and its easy to use. and need one pwm driver. in push pull its difficult to protect scr from burn. can you suggest one schematic for push pull, please?

smps harf bridges high voltage

I Guess, for the first steps in your application, You should take the core like ETD44.
It's "Ferrites and accessories" book by epcos (12MB). Now I can't find the link.
