high voltage programming for pic microcontroller

Can anyone help me regarding how to increase my vdd(5v) to programming high voltage(8-9v)(at MCLR) pin so that i can make my mcu to enter into programming mode?

Review any of the PIC programmer circuits (e.g. PICkit II clones) previously shown at edaboard and elsewhere on the internet.

Most are using simple boost converters.

Actually according to my MCu specification the high programming voltage is strictly between 8-9volts.so i need a device on programmer which can take care that my voltage should remain strictly between 8 and 9 volts.

No i need to do it by high voltage programming only.

There will be a voltage regulator or feedback controlled boost converter.
