Is there any temperature sensor IC to measure high temperature range(<200 degree celcius)?it is for Tyre temperature measurement.

Is there any temperature sensor IC to measure high temperature range(<200 degree celcius)?it is for Tyre temperature measurement.

I do not know about ICs suitable for this;semiconductors rarely survive temperatures >200 deg.C. But J/K wire thermocouples are used and platinum wire thermistors for evenhigher temperatures.
The easiest way to measure tire runner temperature is by IR thermometers from outside as the surface heats up fastest
