I have a some narrow pulse (about 1V , 200ns) I want to detect and hold maximum of this pulses. There was a circuit on ART of Electronics as a peak detector but it base on the speed of opa and diode recovery time that can not help me about this kind of signals.
Do u have any idia?

The usual method is to use two detectors in tandem. The first has a small hold capacitor that can be quickly charged, but will not hold for very long. This will "stretch" the pulse out long enough that the second peak detector with a large capacitor can come up to the peak voltage and hold it for a longer time.

what your working speed?
