Hi,

I'm looking for schematics for building a high speed (+100MHz) input attenuator. Ranging from 0..50V.

This is not exactly what I was looking for....
More something similar like in High speed scopes.
 

If you want fixed steps of attenuation, use switches and fixed attenuators. The switches have limited signal amplitude handling capacity which you will have to keep in mind.
