high side transistor

How can I make simple and fast high side IGBT driver which works with 25A, 400V and switching frequencu 70 kHz? I need it for simulation in pspice schematics.
Thanks.

Hi,

Look there, maybe some ideas :

pspice high side driver

High side driver needs galvanic isolation from the main driving circuit.
A good idea both for Spice modeling & real schematics is to use a separating transformer (ferrite core).
Another variant is to use one of the special high-side driver ICs, both datasheets, apps examples & Spice models can be found, for instance, at www.irf.com

the simplest way is to use a pulse transformer....
this document describes how to drive MOSFETs.
also you can use same circuits for IGBTs...

tlp250 spice

You may consider to use optocoupler + driver

4n35 olb

Is optocouple enough fast for fast switching .I've made a simple driver for MOSFET use 4N35 and IRF540 but the driver wave form isn't a square pulse --->MOSFET rather hot

tlp250 pspice

4N35 has rising and falling time in the range of 2µs.
It's main use is: digital logic inputs, microprocessor inputs, ...etc.
For driving MOSFETs there are special options called Gate Drive Optoisolators, example TLP250/1 from Toshiba..

May be you can consider to use iCoupler (tr=tf=3ns) from Analog Devices.

Today I've gone out to find TLP250/251 but all the shops where I asked ,haven't got this
I find IR2103 but it isn't opto and expensive more than 4N35 (about 8 times) .Could you list here list of driver MOSFET type optocoupler for me .
I find 6N135 can it use as TLP250/251

Added after 28 minutes:

If I want request sample ,where company can shipping for me directly .I'm living in Vietnam. Beside Toshiba ,is there any company producing this

Does anyone have some model (*slb, *.olb library) of these drivers?
