Hello brothers!

I would like know if possible activate the IN pin of BSP752R high side switch directly from a microcontroller 3.3V output pin.

In my application, I need four high side swiches and I woul like use infineon BSP752R part drived (activated) directly from four outputs pins of my microcontroller (each output pin of microcontroller is connected in VIN pin of BSP752R). There need a special care to make this? With the voltage applied in to VIN input switches, they will full activate de output?

Thanks in advance, Christian

Hi

Microcontoller who works from 3.3V, there output voltage is in the range of 2.5~3V

look at the DS of the BSP752R for the lowest voltage to operate the IC Vin

whether in range connect directly other wise use a buffer

All the best

Bobi
