High side MOSFET driver IC

I am working on Buck converter. Specification are given below:
Vin : 10 - 14V
Vo : 5V
Maximum load current : 2A
Switching frequency : 100kHz
please suggest me a high side driver IC.

Hi,

My recommendations:
* Use a monolithic buck regualtor IC instead of a discrete circuit. --> no need for a driver
* go to a vendor´s or a manufacturer´s internet site. Usually they have interactive selection guides where you can input your specifications. So you have a huge count of drivers to choos from. You get the best, reliable, objective and latest informations. You get the most modern ICs.

Hey, thanks for the reply!
Actually I wish to control using FPGA (working on digital control part) so looking for discrete circuit. Anyway, I found some ICs namely NCP5351 & TPS51604.
