LM5113 and its newer release are specifically for GaN. Look into the datasheet and see that the high side driving circuitry has UVLO & clamp. No other Si-intended driver has the "clamp" part. Undershoot can give problems to a GaN. Not so critical to a Si-based semiconductor.
