hello
as i seean N channel mosfet as high side , what is different between high-side and low-side mosfet? and what about high & low side mosfet?

The terms high side and low side typically refer to the placement of the MOSFET in relation to the load, Vcc and GND:

as the picture that you attached a N channel as low and P channel as high side , it is not indicate its related to what kinds of mosfet we use?
 

I didn't get the question.
Are you asking for specific part numbers for the mosfets?
This depends on the application, characteristics, availability, price etc
 

You can use the same mosfet for high side or low side drivers. Handling the Vgs signal to turn on/off will be different. In some applications using a P channel for high side and a N channel for low side simplifies the driving of the gates.
So mosfets are not specific for an application or the other.
