I need to design a single stage SPST switch (Isolation of 20 dB minimum, cold switching) for the following conditions:
P=1000W, PW=100uS, DC=10% at X-band (BW=10%).
i took a few kind of diode in paralel, But the matching is very sensitive to the capacitance variation.

can some one help me ?

Yeah, that is a tough one. However, the average power is not too bad. There are ways of doing it, but those are the secrets of the trade. Would be happy to design it for you.
