Who knows a high power +10 Watt RF switch GaAs for 2400 MHz ?
 

Dear,

Be Carefull if you are using hmc484ms8g.i have problem with that chip in 900MHz
and p=10w.When you use switch as a hot switch you can only use it @ Maximum 4~5W.

Hi, All products from Hittite I know. But I am looking for more power and higher frequency too !!!.
