high power design with less area

hi,

The input voltage is 12V output Voltage is 1.8V and load current is 30A.

The available area to accommodate the DC DC converter and external components is 500 sq mm. only.

Please guide me to design this including the heat dissipation.

Heat dissipation is 306W. This is not good design! But if You must go this way, only water cooling can save you.


I apologize for asking, but for what you need 30A @ 1,8V ?

It is based on switching regulator.

The heat dissipation is around 8W. Can u plz help me?
