Hi all!
Please advice were to learn FET amplifier toplogies for high impedande wideband (50mhz) amplifier like used in oscilloscope input.
thanks in advance.

Martin

Do you want to go down to DC?

If not, use a JFET source follower in front of an ordinary wide band AC coupled amplifier.

If you do need to go down to DC, you should use a differential configuration again with JFET inputs.

If noise is not critical, you can also use MOSFET input stages.
