high frequency square wave

you can model yourself. Use an inverter and RC at output and fed output back to input. By changing RC, you should get 60MHZ pulse (not square). use a flip flip based frequency divider and it will give you 30MHZ square wave at output.

I could get nearly square wave of 40MHz by using the attached circuit. Choose 7404 part from 7400.olb.
Use the IO_LEVEL=2 for 7404 inverters. (attached screenshot).
Use "Timing Mode" = minimum to get high freq. (see attached )
Use SKIPBP to kick-start oscillations. (see attached )

You can get the desired freq by tuning R,C in the ckt.

thanks a lot i have got it....
but i dont understand what happen by changing timing mode.

where can i get to learn these things about OrCAD PSPICE.
like what is the difference between EVAL.lib 's 7400 and 7400.lib's 7400.

It tells the simulator to choose either min, max or typical propagation delay from the model (depending on the selection).
What option you choose is going to impact the freq of oscillation.
Minimum delay would obviously yield highest freq.

EVAL.lib is meant for demo version of Pspice. I am not sure if same 7400 model is supplied with demo version as with full version.
