hello everyone,

can anyone provide me a link for making a amplitude modulator circuit running at frequency 1-1.5GHz. Or else if it's not possible then inform me about the same. Also what are the other methods that I can use to modulate a message signal with a sinusoidal carrier at f = 1-1.5 GHz?

thnx amir for the link. but i am more interested in a circuit that i can make myself in the lab. is it possible, can i get one or i have to go for this ic only?
