i want to design high frequency amplifier

Input Impedance >1kOhm
Output Impedance <200ohm
Gain >40dB
BW 100Hz-20KHz

it's helpful to give some instruction how to design this cct

100Hz to 20khz are not high frequencies. They are upper audio frequencies.
a voltage gain of only 40dB is only 100. A single transistor can do the circuit.

A single transistor can do the circuit.
A second (e.g. common collector circuit) would be needed to provide the low output impedance. Using the two transistors in an overall feedback circuit gives lowest distortion.
