Can someone suggest a way of generation high frequency (1 or 2KHz) AC voltage from 24 V DC supply .
Also I need a way of reading that High frequency AC votage's magnitude which would come out of my circuit as a multimeter works for 50Hz frequency.

Search about sin wave generator.

There are so many method to generate a sin wave include high frequency.

also, you can calculate the amplitude using retifiter and integratos circuit by calculate rms value.

however i strongly recommend you to use oscilloscope!
