Hi all,
I want to design High Efficency H bridge using power MOSFETs please upload any circuits you have also include MOSFET Driver & isolation circuit.
I have TTL logic from MCU to drive these FETs

I designet this half H bridge yesterday for my small project. If you want, try it.

Change from half H bridge to H brigde must be easy for you.

With that high impedance gate drive, you get about 20 us Vgs risetime. So it can be high efficiency only at very low switching frequencies up to some 100 Hz.
