High DATA rate rf modules

Hi

I need to transmite wireleslly row data of 640x480@300hz (16bit) = 1.47456Gbit/s for at least 5 meeters,
The transmmiter should be half samrt phone size, and LowPower as possibole.


I know that there are some HDMI 1080@60p transmmiters with that Data rate :

I'm looking for RF modules (Transmiter/Receiver) that can handle kind of speed without the need for fragmenting the data into HDMI frames.

any suggestions?
