hi....my question is below....
if there is a circuit having two parallel resistors,both the branches having different resistor values....
if i am applying V volt D.C. supply....
so....as u know current will starts to flow.....
now current is a flow of electrons.....
so...current will divided at the node where two branches are form.....
so...{i want to know u that...in heavy traffic in city.....we r able to know which way is better to chose....& easiest....& less time required.....}
but how electrons comes to know,which ways they have to chose???and how they divide from node??//
which factor is working behind it....
please energetic youth think on it.......
Charges flow from higher potential to lower potential. When the mentioned circuit is closed, the electrons start flowing into the first branch which it encounters, the potential is obviously lower here. As soon as this happens, the potential in the second branch becomes lower comparing to the first branch, there by e-ns rush to the second branch. This process continues till the potential is maintained same by the continuous flow of electrons.
see....both the branches r occurs at the same time....at same point....so,its difficult to give priority which one is occur first....if both at a same time then??????
now think.......thanks for reply....
A stream of electrons flow in a closed circuit, not just one electron just trying to take this route or that route. If one electron occupies the its adjacent atom, the other electron will occupy the next atom freeing another electron..continuously...
to agishgoplar::the same thing i wana know u that....i know how resistor works....but how electron come to know.....
why more current passes from low resistor branch....how electrons come to know we dnt have to pass from specific branch.......thank you for reply my friend......
