Hi,
I am trying to use an external code to optimize an antenna in HFSS 15. The optimetrics in HFSS has the option to call a matlab code/function. I am first going into optimetrics and setting the cost function. Then in my matlab code i am calling my cost function with "wrapperfunc". Although i am setting the cost function as dB(S11) I am getting a cost function something like 1900. Does anybody had the same problem? Am I making a mistake when describing the cost function or am i making a mistake when i am calling it in the code-->wrapperfunc(x), x being the vector of dimensions.
I would really appreciate any help.
