HFSS error: There are no boundaries to define "WavePort1" correctly

Meet error during "Analysis"

Port refinement, process abc3d : There are no boundaries to define "WavePort1" correctly. This may be due to incorrect material definitions for those objects that make up the port surface. Please verify the material assignments and properties.

I am puzzled about this problem. Maybe it is related with boundary.
NEED HELP!!!!

You must activate "Solve Inside" at the properties of the Helix_trace.
But solving inside such a huge metal object may overstrain your computer.
Perhaps you should try to excite with a current.

You also have to define the substrate's boundary. Or, better: Add a box to your setup, filled with air or vacuum, which is as large as the substrate but extended in the z-direction 2*lambda (up AND down). The box should have Radiation Boundary all around.

"excite with a current", what does it mean? Does it mean that I should define the excitation port as lumped port or current source?
