[SOLVED] hfss error : the security account database contains an internal inconsistency

Hi guys,

anyone here might have encountered this particular problem? The file copying will fail from local file to another file. I've done some searches but to no avail. Glad to be advised if you happen to know a thing or two about this. Thanks!
