HFSS error

Hello,

I am getting a mesh error for a project I'm working on.

Mesh generation has failed. Specific details may be found in Modeler>Model Analysis>Show Analysis Dialog>Last Simulation Mesh.

The design is a vacum box with these dimentions,8um,8um,18um.
I have a smell strip of AL inside of it with these dimensions, 8um,1um,1nm.

I have set master/slave boundray conditions and I have incident plane wave on top of the box.
I want to the e field on the whole box. I get that mesh error everytime I try to run the simulation. If I change the strips Z dimendions to um, the simulation runs fine.

Any help is apprecieated.

Re: HFSS error

Make a new project.
Got to "3D Modeler" -> "Units...".
Set the model units to "um".

Anyway, 1nm is very thin. This is less than 10 Atoms, I guess. Way below skindepth. Are you sure that your simulation makes any sense?
