HFSS error: initial error for hfss.exe(0xc000142)

error when run hfsss

8) Hi friends,
It is give that "initial error for hfss.exe(0xc000142)" when I run hfss.
How about that, and what can I do?

error when run hfsss

before I install HFSS with a dll error,
so I just re-install once more, then It works without any explains. so , sometimes we should no ask for why.
