Frequency shift

Hi friends;

I've really a headach with a HFSS simulation,i'm simulating an antenna proposed in this article(view joint) and want to compare results,in fact there's always a shift of about 70 MHz for the resonance frequencies , have a look to the project.
the article suggests fo a little bit over 4 GHz and i've found 3.99 GHz.

1-The patchs,ground,vias and the feed all of them are sheets with FiniteConductivity.

2-Meshing the radiation Box with λ/10,meshing the substrate object with λg/10 and the top surface of the substrate with surface approximation ratio set to 5.

3-Discreet sweep range from 2.8 to 4.2 GHz ΔS=0.01.

Any solution please help it's urgent i'm stucked with this.
