HFSS and patch antenna - need explanation

hfss patch

I am using HFSS software for design of a microstrip patch antenna .
1) I want to know how should the port be excited and how big are the dimensions of the port with respect to the patch and substrate height .
2)How to draw a £D pyramid structure using HFSS .
