First im sorry about my english im french educated... i have an ibm screen i fixed the smps and its on now but its appear a flickering in the screen and its really bad for viewer any help please? Its a smps problem? I used to test the capacitors and its all good in the smps. And the configurations are good plus the vga cable. Its a problem in the circuit any help?! Thank you.
