[HELPME] Convert TSMC standard cell to Volcano Library

What's the procedure to convert my standard cell to volcano library ?
Can anyone explain me step by step and what I need to convert ?

I have Magma 4.1 and TMCS 0.13u or UMC 0.25u ...
