Help! Yarn rolling machine motor driver circuit

Dear colleagues,

This attached circuit photo is one of the motor driver circuits of yarn rolling machine (made in China). The problem is the card did not drive the motor. All the components labels are scratched out and I could not identify the components. So please someone who know it or have the circuit diagram or any information of this card, please share me.
