Help with Xilinx EDK 3.1 SP3 install

I ran "EDK 3.1 Service Pack 3 edk_3_1_3_win.exe" and now when I go to generate a netlist I get an error, has anyone else had this problem?

where can i get the sp patch, pls upload to MCU?
 

it doesn't appear to work, or I'm doing something wrong.

It's to big to upload to MCU as its 112,099,277 bytes.
