help with the adsp 21364 and sending signal to oscilloscope

hello friends, i need your assistance with a school assignment, i need to send a signal with the letters "ARQ" to a oscilloscope using the EZ kit 21364.
I am open to suggestions, i have been informed that if i used the 2 channels of the oscilloscope and the x-y function that it wouid be easier.
