Hi everybody!

I am trying to create a simulation with Sentaurus of a graphene-based device. However, since Graphene is not one of the default materials, I am looking for a way to add it. My efforts have been unsuccessful so far, so I would like some help! How can I add a new material file? I think I have to modify a copy of the silicon parameter file, but I would like to edit only the properties that are necessary for my simulation (DoS, Energy Gap mainly).
Can you help me?

Thank you
