help with nonlinear simulation with M/W/O 2001

I want to simulate the output IP3 of a LNA design with M/w/O 2001.
Or IM3 behaviour. Can it be done from the S-Parameters?
How is it done in detail? What source?

no,you must use spice/nolinear model ,and add all the part of
dc bias ,res ,cap ,ind ....in the true circuit
