Help with code for PIC16F88 interfaced with a Mirf v2 transceiver

I am trying to program a pic16f88 interfaced with Mirf v2 to send a hex number (0xAA) to another pic16f88 also interfaced with Mirf v2. i already have a code but it doesn't seem to work.can you debug the problem. i will attach the code. i am using MPLAB with CCX5 compiler.

here is the code for my transmitter View attachment TX.txt
a led should light up after picInit() to verify that the init is successful but it doesn't light up so i don't know what the problem is.

hi hanif, thanks for the reply. i've been doing a lot of research lately and i've already stumbled upon on these links. actually the code i created is based on the thirdlink that you send. i just couldn't make it work. it would really be a great help if you could check on my code and see if there is something wrong with how the code flows. thanks again
