irf540n circuit

Dear All,

I face a problem with the amplifier circuit of 5 level multi level inverter circuit.
The main problem is summarized in that i need to drive number of MOSFETs (IRF540N) and I found that if i used an amplifier circuit will be good, but when i tried to drive the MOSFET i got that i need a driving voltage equal to main supply voltage and even more than it to get the desired output, and it was stated in MOSFET data sheet that the driving voltage in the range up to 20 v and the amplifier transistors are 2N2222.

Please help me.

here attached you'll find the simulation for this circuit using Proteus 7.4 and the hex file for the micro controller used
