i want to design a amplifier systerm!who can recommend a transistor ,
one transistor must can provide 50W power at all span (0.8GHz to 2.2GHz)!

hi , i suggest you to use BFR91 it's up to 5GHZ.

It's too much wide bandwidth for an amplifier at this power rate..
It should be a state of art amplifier..
