[Help]Water Show Design

hello guys,
ive seen this video on youtube and it does really makes me curious on how it was developed. i know it was programmed using PLC but can someone explain it to me clearly?? on how things work, what kind of PLC was used and the line pressure used.how did they compute the ms of closing/opening of valves... thanks in advance.

Any PLC and almost any servo would work fine. Relatoion ship between psi and flow is square root. Calculate max flow then you know how to spec your pump. Choose correct pipe size based on flow rates and number of bends etc and where your holes are. probably want prvs around to keep the flows even.
