i need to find a VCO which generates freuqency of 3.4517GHz and
has an accuracy of .03Hz can u tell me which website i can purchase such a VCO ?

furthermore i need a crystal oscillator of 1ppb accuracy ...is it possible to buy such a crystal oscillator

This VCO will Operate on what Voltage an dwhat is the package requirement

voltage range (typically between 2 to 5V)
and i should be able to get a freuency resoultion of 0.03Hz

1ppb parts per billion is really accurate oscillator. Wonder if the best OCXOs can achieve that... I would say that OCXOs can do +- 10 ppb... You might need some more stable oscillators like rubidium...

Is this a trick question. ANY VCO that can oscillate at that frequency can attain the 0.03 H resolution.

As for the crystal, forgettaboutit. Go with a Rubidium or Cesium standard, or possibly a crystal locked to the GPS system clocks.
