Hi,

this is too borad a question.

If you do a "physical experinment" internet search you will find many thousands of: internet sites, documents, videos.
We won´t do this search for you.

If these "thousands" are too many for you .. YOU have to narrow down your search according YOUR preferenes.

.. btw: I did some physical experiments in school

Ah yes, if only Faraday, Maxwell, Tesla, Ohm, Volta... had websites!
We could observe each step of progress as our giants of electrical discovery reported their experiments. We might build identical apparatus as they did, 'getting close' to the real basics.

In the meantime the field of electricity and electronics has grown so large and diverse over the years, giving rise to our technologically advanced civilization. As individuals it's hard to know where to start if we wish to discover what leads to what.

Heathkit comes to mind as a popular brand which carried a variety of projects with full instructions. At the same time it gave a builder an education in the principles of operation. Radio Shack carried several booklets of simple projects mostly using transistors or basic IC's. This was about 1960-80 when there were more DIY-ers and more magazines geared toward them. Also more Ham operators and neighborhood clubs where novices could mix with old-timers.

My favorite websites where an expert goes into detail:

sound-au.com
amasci.com
