i have schematic copying eeprom 24C2xx pls help me.what Ic PIC16F628A with /without source code? if with source code please i need source code for PIC16F628A.thanks for all

Having a quick look at your circuit, i can say it is not going to work properly.

Both the eeprom's address are same (0x00).
Read the datasheet of 24cxx
