help required urgently in LAN cables

i have three LAN cables i want to interconnect to make an extended cable but i dont want to use connectors for that. i mean can make connections by winding together the matching wires like in an ordinary electric circuit.
will this cause too much interference or higher loss of data rate
 

Don't waste your time! Nowadays LAN cable is so cheap...
Such a way of connection ruins data even in the patch cables, I don't talk about normal trasmission cables....
 

Yes you can just hook the wires together. Make sure that you insulate the connections from each other.

Spliced correctly, they should be just as good. There is minimal impedance mismatch so reflections in the line should be minimal.

Just think, Cross country data lines and under water data lines are just spliced back together.
