hi
can anyone tell me that how can I provide the fixed value(Vcc or gnd) to a wire in verilog

wire yourwire = 1'b0;

or

wire yourwire = 1'b1;

You can also assign a value after the instantiation.

wire yourwire;

assign yourwire = 1'b0;

Cya
