[Help]Receiving error message when trying to open web browse

hey guys, i need help on something.

when im trying to open web browser whether it is firefox or internet explorer, i'm receiving an error message, "an unexpected error has occurred".

i've tried to reset the system but still it reported an error.

however, when i try to open firefox in safe mode, it open succesfully.

is there any way i can solve the problem?
