i want to write a code to get square wave with Delay 1 sec , using timer 1 mode 1 , XTAL 4MHz , on P1.6 . using Asm.

Study a book named 8051 by Mazidi..
or online tutorial... anything.... the code you r asking is very simple.. try by yourself

i already read it , but the problem that i face is the Number of cycles =333333

change the crystal frequency to obtain a rounded value . 12Mhz would be the best .
