Philips LCD TV 42PF7421D Chassis NO: EL1.1U AA

Philips 42 LCD TV 42PF7421D

I have this flat panel TV and I just had to play around in the "service menu".
Well, this beautiful flat panel is now a BRICK.

No picture, but sound!

So, trying to get into the "DEALER SERVICE-MODE" (service menu code 062596 + info) to try and make corrections is useless because of no picture.

I can get into the "SERVICE DEFAULT MODE", (service menu code 062596 + menu) and get a picture, but it is useless because no permanent adjustments can be made.

I have taken the back cover off in hopes that I could do something.

Is there anyway to do a "Just out of the factory" or "Dealer" reset with no screen?

I have spent days trying to find a solution, repair manual, etc.

Because I am a DIY electronic/computer GEEK, I am hoping I can resolve this terrible mistake I have made.

Thank you for any help you can provide

Hello flyyboyy.

Yes, your dilemma really sucks.

All i have is another forum from vBulletin having a similar tread.
I suggest to copy + paste your message into over there, and perhaps someone has an answer for you. Use the link below, good luck!

Thanks, "Meridian" for your reply.
I posted the same "S.O.S." on avsforum.
We will see!

And aren't there any sites that service tech's use that I can access?

I am "Googled" out trying to find one.
