Can anyone give me a circuit diagram for analysing the switching characteristics, output characteristics , and other charactertistics you may know of.....so that I can simulate and analyse and compare the different IGBT PSpice models (vendor models) that I downloaded from IXYS. I haven't got much time to really study the software tutorial but it would be helpful if anyone could give me an idea about the specific analyses setting for igbts. My project is to be submitted next week :/
