Help on SET-RESET circuit

need help pls..

this circuit/opeartion is what I exactly need... BUT i need the input/s to be positive triggered.. not from GROUND...

Take a look at the CD4043 and CD4044 S-R latches. One of them is positively triggered, the other one is negatively triggered. You might find your solution somewhere among them.
